Integrated Pneumatic Vacuum Suction Cups Precision Gripping Cases

Time: 2026-04-14

1. 3C Electronics Precision Components: High-Speed Mark-Free Gripping in Huawei SMT Production Line

At Huawei’s Dongguan 3C production base SMT high-speed placement line, traditional mechanical grippers easily caused indentations on micro-components, with a defect rate of 8.7%. After introducing integrated pneumatic vacuum suction cups, the system achieved high-speed gripping of 0.4 seconds per cycle, with a positioning repeatability of ±0.02mm.

This product is equipped with an integrated vacuum generator and a pressure closed-loop system, and the anti-static material effectively prevents electrostatic damage to components. After implementation, the component defect rate was reduced to 0.2%, and the production line efficiency was increased by 35%.

2. New Energy Power Batteries: Stable Gripping of CATL Electrodes

In the handling scenario of CATL power battery electrodes, traditional suction cups were prone to wrinkling and tearing, with a yield rate of only 91%. A customized integrated bellows vacuum suction cup was adopted, combined with precise vacuum control, to achieve zero-damage gripping of electrodes.

The three-layer composite structure of the product can adapt to temperature difference working conditions, with a service life of more than 5 million cycles, helping to increase the electrode yield rate to 99.7%.

3. Semiconductor Wafers: Mark-Free Handling of 12-Inch Wafers at SMIC

The original handling solution at SMIC was prone to wafer micro-cracks, with a scrap rate of 3.1%. After replacing with cleanroom integrated pneumatic vacuum suction cups, it perfectly adapted to the Class 100 cleanroom, and the scrap rate was reduced to 0.05%.

Summary

With its integrated design, integrated pneumatic vacuum suction cups have achieved a significant reduction in defect rates and a remarkable improvement in efficiency in high-tech fields, making them the preferred solution for vacuum gripping in automated production lines.
