SOVE
The oil seal is based on a multi-layer composite elastomer structure and has leading performance in the field of dynamic sealing. Its enhanced lip design not only achieves 0-40MPa pressure adaptive sealing, but is also specially used in hydraulic cylinders of engineering machinery, high-speed gearboxes, and high-temperature pump shafts, and maintains a leakage control accuracy of <0.1ml/h even in the face of 20m/s linear speed and 200℃ working conditions.
It is widely used in the automotive industry's 🚗 ISO 6194 crankshaft rear oil seal (leakage rate <0.05ml/h), agricultural equipment's 🚜 SAE J1106 gearbox dynamic seal (pressure resistance >2MPa), and household appliances' 🏠 IEC 60335 washing machine bearing seal (lifespan >10 years), achieving breakthroughs in cross-industry sealing reliability under extreme working conditions.
