The air gap sensor has excellent performance in the field of rotating machinery monitoring by virtue of its non-contact measurement principle. Its design not only realizes dynamic detection of ±1μm-level gap, but is also widely used in turbine shaft displacement monitoring, large motor rotor eccentricity correction, and magnetic bearing preload diagnosis, especially in a high temperature and strong magnetic environment of 150℃, maintaining a linear accuracy of 0.05%FS.
